Happy Sunday!

Woke up this morning with a beautiful sunny weather outside. The kind of weather wherein you would want to bring out your tote bag, swim suit and daisy duke, and head to the nearest beach. But as noon started kicking in, the sunny sky turned overcast. So even if we really did make it to the beach, I doubt if we'd be able to enjoy it. Besides, it's Sunday and the beach is the last place we'd want to be in on any given Sunday.
Church was fun. We've learned a lot from the messages we've heard, starting from sacrament meeting down to our Apas Ward Relief Society Visiting Teaching Convention. But what really stood out from all the good stuff I've heard today was from a lesson given by a sister during our Relief Society class. To sum up the lesson, the Lord would want us to know that despite our inadequacies, shortcomings and imperfections, we can still be an influence for good. That we can still be better. Inspiring, isn't it? Oh, in case the teacher reads this, I just want her to know that even though I was playing solitaire on my phone for half the time, I was really listening (yeah, blame it on short attention span). :D
Another lesson I've re-learned today was from the messages given by the speakers at sacrament meetings. It focused mainly on the importance of sustaining leaders. Most of them shared about the different ways we can do to show our support our prophet, general authorities and local leaders, which include accepting and magnifying church callings. While listening to the talks, however, something came to mind:
What if the leaders don't know how to sustain the leaders they've called???
Will they get reprimanded, too? Will they be held accountable, too? Is there a talk for those who don't sustain fellow leaders, too?
isip... isip... (think, think)
Anyway, that's just a thought. But what do you think?
